What does it entail?

Session 1 -

• Together we will develop and summarise your company’s strategic development & performance over the next 12, 24 or 36 months. We will do so by identifying parameters and targets against the areas of business you wish to measure - typically these may include turnover, gross/net profit, sales, marketing, investment, innovation (products, services & processes), operating costs, and human resources.

• As a starting point, we will look at your actuals for the previous year and from there project forward taking full account of past performance, environmental uncertainty and risk. 

​

• Throughout the process, you will be challenged to consider impact based on differing scenarios until consensus is achieved.

​

Session 2 - 

​

• Next, we will define the vital few breakthroughs for the next 12 months – the major actions needed to ensure your business stays on target to achieving its step changes in performance. Specifically, we will be looking for the 20% of actions that will drive 80% of the outcomes for year one.
