In order to keep our services cutting edge, our knowledge current and our business competitive, we do not subscribe to the idea of holding onto associates through retainers. We prefer to select from our pool of carefully vetted trainers, coaches and consultants once we are familiar with client requirements and the scope of a brief.

This means that as a minimum each will have:

MEET OUR MD
BARRY D'SOUZA, MBA CMgr FCMI FIC FRSA FInstLM
Barry D’Souza has achieved distinction as both a leader and senior manager. He began his career as an international conductor working with ensembles throughout Europe. In 2000 he was commissioned by Microsoft in Portugal to devise and deliver a first series of leadership and management training programmes based on the principles of running an orchestra. Similar commissions soon followed from multi-nationals, and major not for profits across Europe and South America.
Between 2003 – 2012, Barry fulfilled a number of professional roles simultaneously. As a business consultant he continued to deliver leadership and management training across the Iberian Peninsula. As a lecturer he taught for Birmingham City University and as a senior manager he directed the work of Birmingham YMAZ.
In recognition of his consistent approach towards increasing productivity, embedding corporate responsibility, and developing high performance teams, Barry is the holder of Fellowships from the Chartered Managers Institute, The Institute of Consulting, the Institute of Leadership & Management and the Royal Society of Arts ,Commerce and Manufacturing. In 2012 Barry was awarded Chartered Manager status by the chartered Managers Institute.
