  • A BESPOKE STEP ANALYSIS at regional, national, European or global levels (we will identify, assess and prioritise potential economic, political and societal changes which may impact upon on ability to do business. We will identify and risk assess opportunities and threats for your business to consider based on 3 potential scenarios.

  • A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS at regional, national or European levels (at an industry level we will analyse competition and identify and risk assess opportunities and threats for your business to consider. This will include any potential first mover advantages, collaborations, takeovers and bankruptcies.

  • AN INTERNAL RESOURCES AND CAPABILITIES AUDIT to identify the core competencies, strengths and weaknesses of your business.

  • A ROBUST & CONTEXTUALISED SWOT ANALYSIS that pulls together strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats that your business will be tasked with having to pursue, mitigate or defend against.

  • A 24 MONTH BESPOKE ACTION PLAN. This will be a month by month plan for you to follow. It will contain actions and targets concerning, strategic development, sales and marketing, asset utilisation and operations management.

  • ONGOING 1-2-1 BUSINESS SUPPORT & ASSISTANCE TO DRIVE THROUGH PROGRESS. Your bespoke action plan will be supplemented with ongoing coaching sessions for 3 to 6 months, to provide support to key personnel and to monitor & adapt implementation.
